What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Jane trained is Japanese and shamanic reiki, she offers intuitive energy healing, understanding the correlation between our energy body and physical body.
Jane specialises in creating a space for you to explore your inner self, supporting your healing and awakening journey. These sessions provide an experience of deep relaxation, a shift in energy, and the welcomed return of your true self as you attune to the higher frequency of your soul.
